My friend Valerie recently moved to California. But she came back to the great state of Texas for Memorial Day weekend and drove to Galveston to come have lunch with me (okay, and Mommy and Mimi and PawPaw too.) We decided to eat out on the patio at Sunflower Bakery. Valerie specifically requested a restaurant that wasn't vegan and didn't serve tofu. That's not a problem we have here in Galveston.
